This week's menu of fried riceses that are so niceses. Got a special fried rice this week of ham and molasses caramelized pineapple ( oh yeah, that's what I'm getting). We will be @skeeta_hawk_brewing Wednesday and Thursday ( and we will be having those extra special onigiri for one night only @skeeta_hawk_brewing on Thursday). Fun in the summer. For the next couple of weeks we are revisiting some of our pop up roots. We'll be doing fried rice again for a change of pace. I'm making the seasoned soy sauce, stewing mixed mushrooms, and roasting char siu. Got a batch of kimchi working, since kimchi fried rice is one of my favorites. You can catch us @skeeta_hawk_brewing on Wednesday, and the friendly bar on Thursday. by @bluepotpopup
