Sneak peek of our latest build on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.

This two-bedroom residence nestled in the landscape is composed of two gabled forms clad in cedar shingles, connected by a glass breezeway that serves as the main entry. The home features a double-height living space, a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and double-sided fireplace, and a private sauna.

Designed for year-round coastal living.

🌿🏌️‍♂️ The annual Blueprint Open Golf Tournament is officially in the books!

A massive congratulations to this year’s champions: Daniel, Chris F., Spencer, and Kyle! 🏆
Word on the course is that Kyle was locked in the zone—though rumors are swirling that a certain Fireball shots might have been his secret weapon. 🔥🥃

A huge shoutout and thank you to Line and Sarah for organizing such an incredible day, to Lost Creek Golf Club for hosting us, and to all of our amazing sponsors for providing the fantastic prizes! 👏🎉

Line did an amazing job collecting prizes from our friends at
Dewalt Canada, Prime Fasteners, Bay Rentals, Telus business GBS and Nova Trophy 🏆.

🚀 Looking Ahead to Next Year!
We are thinking about expanding the tournament next year and opening it up to our trade suppliers!

👇 Let us know in the comments below if you’d like to attend next year!

A company is just a name until you have a team behind it. And we are so lucky to have the team we have.

This anniversary belongs to our carpenters and office crew that keep Blueprint ticking day in and day out. Your professionalism and craftsmanship make Blueprint the company it is today.

To the Designers and Architects that have recommended Blueprint and have worked with us over the years …thank you !

To our sub-trades ; painters, electricians, plumbers, metal roofers, ICF installers, HVAC, and material suppliers and of course Lisa 🙏.
We don’t take our relationships with all of you for granted. Some of you have been with us since day one … thank you !

Thank you to all clients past and present for trusting Blueprint to be a partner with you in your build… thank you ! I’m going to list our favourites in order below. 👇

Proud of what we’ve built together.

Proud to be a Nova Scotia builder.

Thank you all for 10 incredible years.

This picture is actually Blueprint’s first project: 10 years to the day, a re-shingle of a famous Peggy’s Cove home.

🥂cheers to the next 10 years !

Thrilled to have one of our clients special projects featured in the September issue of @houseandhomemag available on news stands now. It was a labour of love and one of mine and our clients true passions to restore this beloved Chester landmark. The “Sheet Anchor” house c 1765 has been brought back to its former glory and was recently recognized with the Nova Scotia Built Heritage Award for restoration @heritagetrustns . Thank you to our clients, the @blueprint_construction team, @vacipainting , @marknarsansky & my team at @philipmitchelldesign and to @lyndareevesdesign , @stacybegg and the House & Home team for featuring it, Kelvin Browne for writing the story and @staceysnaps for your great photos that capture this beautiful home. Pick up a copy and have a look at this wonderful old beauty. #houseandhomemag #blueprintconstruction #philipmitchelldesign by @blueprint_construction
