If your LSAT score feels stuck, your progress might not be.

Blueprint LSAT instructor Theo knows the feeling. A few months before his LSAT, his score hit a plateau and the frustration started creeping in. Then he decided to stop obsessing over the score and started focusing on mastering the skills that actually move it.
(i.e. Getting better at breaking down arguments, finding the conclusion, diagramming, and all the little things.) Eventually, it paid off.

His advice to you? 👉 Keep stacking those small wins, especially when your score isn’t climbing as quickly as you want it to. They can help you stay motivated through the plateaus and keep building toward the score you’re aiming for.

So if you’re in the middle of LSAT prep and feeling discouraged, keep going. Progress doesn’t always show up in your score right away, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening!

Do law schools give full rides? 🤔 Short answer: YES.

Full-ride law school scholarships are real, and some law school scholarships can cover more than just tuition, including books, housing, food, and other costs included in a school’s total cost of attendance.

But how do you actually qualify for a larger law school scholarship? Your LSAT score, academic record, and overall application can all play a role in how law schools evaluate you for merit aid.

We talked about this and a LOT (including law school scholarships, financial aid, student loans, and the cost of attending law school) more in our How to Pay for Law School in 2026 panel featureing Matt Riley (Blueprint CEO and co-founder), Gerry Hirschfeld (Blueprint LSAT instructor and law school admissions consultant), and Megan Glinski (Manager of Financial Aid Education at LSAC).

If you’ve ever applied for a job, you likely have a resume tucked away somewhere. However, if you’re applying to law school, that resume will need a makeover before you can hit submit.

A job-search resume is usually built to show why you’re qualified for a specific role. Your law school resume has a different job: giving admissions committees a broader picture of your experience, academics, leadership, activities, and accomplishments.

Think of it as one piece of the bigger story your application is telling about you.

✨Want more tips + a sample law school resume to use as a guide? ✨ Comment “Resume” and we’ll send it straight to your DMs!
