Tadworth Renovation,
This was one project that brings back some great memories .
This stunning house ended up with 7 bedrooms , 5 Bathrooms, 2kitchens, Gym and a Bar.
The inside of the house was unmatched, there was so much character injected into this house with more oak than you can shake a stick at. by @bluepropertydevelopments

Leigh Project in Surrey

This project formed Part Two of the build, with the garden in desperate need of a complete transformation.
The landscaping works included:
• Extensive demolition and site clearance
• A complete overhaul of the existing swimming pool
• Installation of a new built-in hot tub
• Alterations to reduce the depth of the pool
• Installation of a new patio area
• Construction of a bespoke party barn, complete with a kitchen and bar
• Installation of an external W/C

The finished project completely transformed the garden, creating a stylish, practical and impressive outdoor entertaining space.

Leith Hill Project
This Project was such an incredible journey for both the client and Blue Property Developments Ltd,
We are hoping this short clip can give you some insight into the detail that has gone into this Project.
Arguably one of the main features to this project is the stunning glass roof.
The client had put forward the design in the early stages of the Build, we then took on the aspects of bringing this to life with the design elements, designing a structure and covering that will last and then finally the intricate part of executing the construction of it.
This build is packed full of custom designs from numerous secret doors to a wine cellar, this was a large part of the renovation but not all of it.
The Project has also benefited from a hidden utility Room and Office, cloak Room and secondary storage/utility room and seperate Boot Room.
This is one of those Projects that stays with you and holds a special place in your heart.
We are always grateful and blessed to have these opportunities in life to show case our passion.

Boot Room
We would like to take some credit for the full design on this one. However, the client had come up with a fantastic idea.
On the main bench seat cabinet the client wanted it to look aesthetically clean and uncluttered without having hanging coats on show.
On the backing panel where the hooks are situated are purely for show, these are actually large doors which hides all the messy Coats Which would typically be on show.
I've not seen or heard of this design before So we was thoroughly impressed with this idea.
The coner cabinetry also hides a large number of electrical components for part of this monster of a house.

Flat conversion ready to Let.
This was cracked out over the christmas period, it's had a complete overhaul.
We recycled the existing kitchen along with the
Lounge and hallway flooring.
The flat has benefited from a new combination boiler and fuseboard.
We have increased the Epc rating by installing insulated plasterboard throughout the external walls.
It's had a partial rewire and re-skim.
In the bathroom, we had managed to keep the existing bath as this was in great condition.However everything else has been renewed.
Once the flat had been decorated, it looks amazing.

New En-suite coming in hottt
Last year we had created this En-suite bathroom in the clients large spare bedroom amongst a full house renovation in Oxted.
It was a test of knowledge to get the waste pipe installed to serve this bathroom,which was some distance away from the soil stack in the garage below.

Merry christmas🎄🧑‍🎄
We want to say a massive thank you to all of our clients in 2025.
This has been our busiest year to date and we've had some really interesting architectural designs to follow through with.
We have a great appreciation for our Clients knowing they have put a huge amount of time ,Money along with there heart and souls into getting these projects done.
We know what it takes behind the scenes to get these projects off of the ground.
Liasing with architects,structural engineers,designers along with organising funds.
Some of these projects have been years in the making, and it's honestly really touching that we get the opportunity to help you with your dreams of making your house a Home.
Whether they have been a kitchen renovation to a New Build or a Complete house renovation.
I believe the main key for Blue Property Developments success is having two brothers as business partners who share the same vision for our clients.
I'm sure our customers would agree, our work is way more than a job to us With what we put into these projects.
We both want our customers to be really happy with what we have delivered on completion.
There's so many moving parts to what we do in the building industry as you're working on people's homes, it has to be delivered on the time, Budget without compromising on quality.

So again we would like to say a massive thank you to all customers some old and some new.
We are really looking forward to what 2026 brings as we've got some great projects to roll on to.
