POSTS STORIES REELS

Hello, bookish people. 🩵

After spending way too much time getting lost in fictional worlds, I finally decided to create a little corner for all of it.

The books I love.
The characters I can’t stop thinking about.
The rants, the late-night reading sessions…
basically everything that makes being a reader so much fun. ♡

So, welcome to Blue Reverie — a little space for stories, thoughts and all things bookish.

I’m so glad you’re here. 🫶🏻

Tell me what kind of reader are you? 👀

I read an Indian murder mystery after a really long time, that too revenge murder mystery. 🩵🔍

The book is divided into three parts Twisted, Tangled and Trapped.
In first part, it reveals about the motives of everyone, their choatic lies and confessions. In second part, it gradually started getting easier to eliminate the suspects. In third part, it showed how the real culprit was caught in a trap set as a part of the revenge. 🔍🩶

You will be stunned to discover how the murder of Rajat Rai Handa, a film producer's revealed a lot of secrets about personal lives of his family and friends. He had a wife and a son, along with a business partner Vidit Kapoor, who used to be the biggest investor in his films. He also had several rich friends in the industry among whom Jatin was his closest friend. 🌑🪻

One morning Rajat is found dead in his own apartment and three people confessed to his murder - his wife, his business partner and his closest friend. To make things even more complicated his son goes missing and became prime suspect.🕯️

I liked how this book kept me hooked from the start.🦋 The curiosity to know the whereabouts of everyone at the time of murder kept me intrigued and I was invested to know how everything is connected.

Some scenes were overly explained when telling about a moment or scene that didn't contributed much to the actual mystery. 🌑🕸️
It made the reading experience boring and wanting to skip reading those parts.

It could have focused more on the mystery rather than highlighting the details that were not that important to the plot. 𓆩♡𓆪

I also managed to guess the culprit halfway through the book and the suspense got reduced by the time I reached third part as it mainly focused on how the murderer's actions e by @bluereverie21

Everyone has a story. Unfortunately , not everyone is telling the truth. 💙

Meet the faces behind Twisted, Tangled and Trapped — each with their own secrets, motives and reasons to hide the truth. 💎

But when everyone tells a different story, who do you believe?

Maybe that’s what love looks like in a book where hate comes first💙💎🐟💙

Some stories begin with love.
Theirs began with hate. 🥀

Admiring Rina Kent's universe can't wait to read all of them soon. This is the third book from Empire Series.

I read a few reviews where people wanted to kick Daniel, and I wondered why because in the other books, his personality seemed good to me. But when I read the book, I understood all of your feelings. 😭🥀

Daniel Sterling, an attorney in Kingsley & Shaw, charming, handsome but arrogant too. He had a specific type of hatred for blondes because of one girl whom he loved. 💙

I do understand the hate he is getting, but I don't hate him. I feel everyone has their own point of view and reasons to react. He had his too; he just didn't get to know the truth at the right time.

When he got to know about his mistakes, he found himself unable to even look into her eyes. 🥀 He did try to amend things. He was more of a loving-in-silence kind of person—keeping her things, hating things which could harm her. 🤍

Nicole Adler, queen of the school. 👑 She made her whole personality around Daniel Sterling. Whatever attitude she used to have was because she wanted him to notice her. For once, she wanted to be someone's priority, to see her actually.

I finally got to see the real her behind that strong, don't-give-a-care-about-the-world personality. 🦋 She loved him with her whole heart. 💙 She noticed his small, small habits, kept every single memory of them locked in her heart. The way she changed and composed herself for her brother so that he could grow in a better environment—that was amazing. She is the one who carried the whole book. 👑

Jayden was a sweet, smart, little protective brother. 🩵 He had the whole ride-or-die personality towards his sister. He was quite intellectual com by @bluereverie21
