exercising the writer in my brain because i used to cookkkkkkk (i.e. my prev posts on here)

di tlga maka get over sa beach ihh !! but jokes aside this is about a really sad thing i realized on the way home. i can’t remember the last time i could still feel the waves as i’d fall asleep. i can’t remember things anymore !! and it’s so scary :( but i’m taking it as a wake up call to pause more often, be more present and for my own health, feel more physically rather than emotionally. this was prolly caused by yearsssss of depression and mania but now i’m just doing my best to focus on taking my life back

not my best, but i just don’t want to end up only being good at art or writing when depressed LOL ok bye by @bluesta.ar
