Still waiting on some of the big group pictures from Stratosfur 2026 to come out. In the meantime, here's the hotel pool at night lit by some beautiful mercury vapor lights! They managed to survive since last year, but probably not much longer. Even @etienne_loupchien_beauchene came for the 80s vaporwave vibes!

Song in the video is (fittingly) Glow by Hotel Pools taken in Houston Marriott Westchase by @bluethecat2019

Blue doing his job as a signal maintainer for the (fictional) Texas & Louisiana Railroad! Just a little issue with this WC Hayes 3597 gate mechanism at milepost 292.56 on the Beaumont Subdivision.

Thanks again @fleur.de.lily_ ! by @bluethecat2019

So Blue figured out he has some secret superpower where he can absorb energy from a mercury vapor light and it allows him to inflict damage on newer light sources. May have gotten a little carried away with the absorption this first run 😅

Thanks to the very talented @fleur.de.lily_ for making this piece for me! by @bluethecat2019
