Individuals living in close communities tend to live longer and healthier lives. This block, our club brought students together to make bouquets and eat good food. We are so grateful for these simple moments!🫶💐 by @bluezonescc

A sense of community is an essential quality that Blue Zones regions prioritize. Today, we volunteered at Brookdale Senior Living to assist making Halloween trick-or-treat bags! 🎃🍬 It was so special to learn from our community and we even got to meet one of the founders of the block plan! by @bluezonescc

Welcome to the Blue Zones Happiness Project!!

After studying the Blue Zone of Costa Rica through the Keller Family Venture Grant at Colorado College, we were motivated to start a club that will inspire fellow students to live their happiest and healthiest lives.

Stay tuned for updates on club meetings and resources to learn more about Blue Zones and longevity! taken in Costa Rica by @bluezonescc
