August 27 2024 Modified hut traverse attempt.
Sweet failure.

Ryan and I set out to complete a modified version of the FKT “White Mountain Hut Traverse” through the mountains of NH. Our plan was to complete ~50mi and 20,000ft of vertical gain in 16hrs.
The rugged terrain got the best of us and we decided to call it early. Humbled by the experience but happy with the opportunity to be in the mountains!🤟

Completed: 10:50hrs 24.1mi 9,052ft vertical gain by @blum_original
