I am grateful I get to be me and reflect on an amazing journey so far and there’s so much more to come! I’m filled with purpose again and I’m constantly amazed at where I am at now compared to where I was before.

I want to post more in 2025 yet I am trying to without forcing anything either. I am not so quick to speak anymore and writing doesn’t come as easy as it use to be. Simply because I don’t want to quote stuff and reiterate or regurgitate thoughts of others. It may be the artist in me, but I see this as a huge positive. My biggest blessing is that I won’t say anything that doesn’t come from my heart. :) I am working on a moment by moment basis. And I love it!

Thank you Jesus for everyday.

• I have dreams and ambitions but I ask that love triumphs overall.

Happy Mother’s Day weekend to every mummy out there. Thank you for your unconditional love to children everywhere. To my mother, thank you for giving me the best of everything. Nana, Happy 100th Birthday! I know you’re smiling down from heaven, and watching over us. Your love fills my heart and the air that I breathe. I’m so grateful I grew up with you as my inspiration. I miss you every day but I’m at peace knowing I will live a full, and a good and kind life that will uplift others, just like you did. I promise this to you.

Taking all my strength to write this, but today, I lost a lifetime companion and my very best friend, “my cool-cat” Mr. Pie.

Mr. Pie has been a fundamental part of who I am for almost 20 years. He got me through the most traumatic times in my life.
Just knowing he was in the world made me feel so much more at ease with who I am and the decisions I made.

This cat meant everything to me. He was my muse.

At times, he was my only friend.
I’d come home after school to find him waiting for me on my bed, every single day. He enjoyed listening to me learn music, no matter how off-key I was.
His presence would make me feel comfortable, and I grew to be a better human being with him by my side.

We spent 19 years of sleepless nights together, listening to music.
You helped me cope with so many demons. I was never scared with you next to me.
I don’t know if I’ll ever get a real night’s sleep again, but this is reality, and life isn’t a fairytale. I wish you didn’t have to leave like this, man. “I’m gonna miss you” is an understatement.

Now, I need to celebrate your life.

I’m so thankful we got to share these memories together.

I’m gonna do the best I can with what I’ve got left, and if there’s a heaven I hope one day I see it because I know you’ll be there; and we can be jamming together again.

To my blessing and my brother, Rest In Peace. I love you forever, now and always.

Sydney isn’t for the faint-hearted. It can have your back, or it could put a knife in it just as quick. But that’s my experience. Worldwide, I feel certain that these sentiments are echoed by so many. To those many: I understand your pain, I’ve felt your frustrations, and I’m here walking with you. But we cannot drag each other along, it doesn’t work-out for anybody that way. You must be confident in your own journey, have faith in YOU again. Yes, I know you “lost it”, “what’s the point?”, but just try again. Eliminating the word “hate” from my life did so much for me. I practice living with only love in my heart. You can find peace with your decisions this way. Innately, these decisions will guide you into the next chapter of your life. It’s at this point, you will be more than ready to move forward. Patience, practice, humility = success. Never forget this is your narrative. This life is your story to share, and totally, 100% YOUR PERSPECTIVE. - Blu 💙 taken in Sydney, Australia by @bluplateau
