Meet Lena, Pilates instructor at blush 💗

Lena’s Pilates journey started over three years ago in a small studio in her hometown. She quickly fell in love with Pilates, completed her training and has been teaching ever since. What she loves most is that you never stop learning, and she’s always excited to keep developing and bring new ideas into her classes.

Her teaching style is versatile, energetic and definitely a little spicy 🌶️. She loves combining classic Pilates elements with modern, dynamic flows, creating classes that challenge you while still being fun. Most importantly, Lena wants every girl to feel welcome, no matter her level or Pilates experience. Her favourite moment? Seeing everyone leave class with a smile, feeling strong, proud and full of good energy.

You can join Lena on Wednesday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings for Pilates Fusion, Lymphatic Pilates & Cortisol Calm Pilates at blush 💗
