Hay cicatrices que cuentan historias que nadie eligió vivir. 🤍

Después de un diagnóstico de cáncer, esta paciente tuvo que atravesar mucho más que un tratamiento. Al no poder colocarle el catéter en el cuello, fue necesario colocarlo en su brazo, dejando como resultado una cicatriz extensa que se convirtió en un recordatorio visible de todo lo que había vivido.

Cuando llegó conmigo, nuestro objetivo era trabajar esa cicatriz. Sesión tras sesión comenzamos a ver cambios… pero hubo un momento que cambió también mi manera de ver mi trabajo.

En una de sus citas, su esposo me dijo lo feliz que le hacía verla emocionarse con cada avance. Ver cómo, conforme mejoraba su cicatriz, también regresaban poco a poco su seguridad, su confianza y su autoestima.

Y ahí entendí algo que nunca se me olvidó:

A veces no estamos tratando solamente una cicatriz.
Estamos ayudando a alguien a volver a sentirse bien en su propia piel.

Ese comentario se quedó conmigo y se convirtió en una de las razones por las que amo profundamente lo que hago y parte importante de nuestra filosofía en BLUSH.
