Most people prune smooth hydrangeas WRONG… here’s what actually works 👀 I cut mine back HARD every early spring (about 6 inches) and they come back bigger and fuller every year 🌸 Don’t be scared to prune them — they actually LOVE it. I also use a simple fertilizer that makes a huge difference in how full they grow. 👇 Comment “LINK” and I’ll send you my full hydrangea care guide + everything I use (Canada & US) Save this so you remember what to do each spring 📌 IMPORTANT! These types are for Smooth hydrangeas!! DO NOT do this to your big leaf macrophylla hydrangeas. Bought these ones from @terraathome and they are from @provenwinners by @blushingpinkpetals_
Why does cutting the last hydrangeas of summer feel like saying goodbye? Don’t cut your hydrangeas too soon! ✂️🤍 I wait until my Incrediball blooms have faded from white to this beautiful jade green and the petals feel dry and papery. That’s when I know they’re ready to cut—and they can last for months indoors! But how you cut and dry them makes all the difference. Comment GREEN and I’ll send you my exact cutting and drying tips, plus links to the tools I use. ✂️💚 Save this before you cut yours—and share it with a hydrangea lover! These were purchased from @terraathome and are @provenwinners @provenwinnersdirect #incrediballhydrangea #hydrangeatips #hydrangealove #cutflowergarden #gardentips by @blushingpinkpetals_
Stop buying the wrong hydrangea… this is the one that gives those big fluffy blooms 👇” Everyone always asks me what hydrangeas I have because of how big and full the blooms get… and most people think they’re Annabelle — but they’re not! The variety you choose + how you prune makes all the difference 🌿 If you’ve ever struggled with small blooms or no flowers, it might just be the type you planted (or when you’re pruning 👀) Comment “HYDRANGEA” and I’ll share: • the exact variety I have • how I care for them • when to prune for those big, beautiful blooms Trust me… once you get this right, your garden will look completely different 🌸 I get all my hydrangeas from @terraathome @provenwinners #hydrangeas #gardeninspo #gardentips #springgarden #hydrangealove gardenideas homegarden flowergarden gardendesign planttips canadiangarden backyardgoals bloominggarden gardeninspiration springflowers by @blushingpinkpetals_

Every beautiful garden starts with a dream… 🌷🤎 And this fall, I’m finally turning one of mine into reality! I’ve always dreamed of having my very own tulip cut flower garden. A little space filled with beautiful blooms that I can enjoy outside and bring indoors to create fresh spring bouquets. 🌸 Thanks to @terraathome for gifting me the most beautiful assortment of tulip bulbs to help bring this little dream to life! 🤎 I spent the day clearing out my garden beds, raking leaves, planting bulbs and getting everything tucked in for the winter. Terra Greenhouses currently has their tulip bulbs on sale! Now we wait, keep our fingers crossed that the squirrels stay away 🐿️😂 and dream about spring!
