Spent my Sunday afternoon attending @theblackbeautyclub’s very first curated marketplace, Beauty on the Block, right in the heart of Harlem 💄🗽

It was such a joy connecting with Tomi Talabi and learning more about the vision behind The Black Beauty Club and how Beauty on the Block serves as a natural extension of that mission. More than a celebration of Black beauty, the event was rooted in creating greater equity, visibility, and investment opportunities for Black-owned beauty brands.

What speaks volumes is Talabi’s focus on sustainability for Black-owned beauty brands—not just helping brands gain exposure, but providing the resources, connections, and support needed to build lasting businesses in an increasingly competitive industry. Swipe!
