Honeymoon, Week 2 🇬🇷 Crete | Santorini

Today is my hero’s 96th birthday. My Grandfather, Papa Eddie. He has been a beaming light of strength and happiness my entire life, and continues to be just that to this day! My grandfather survived the holocaust over 70 years ago, and has lived an incredible life since, filled with family & love. But the memories and stories he has from his survival, and those dark days, are never forgotten. I am sickened at the thought that he is seeing, for the second time in his life, an attempted genocide of the Jewish people. It hurts my heart for him, all of the other holocaust survivors, and all the Israelis and Jews currently affected by this disgusting display of terrorism. I will forever stand with my grandfather, Israel, and all the Jews across the world. Happy birthday Papa, I love you. by @bmac167
