ManUp 2026. Relaunched a tradition started many years ago. Refreshing to hang with these guys for a weekend rafting in West Virginia. The real stretch was talking about biblical values, our cause & our mission as men.

Another school year has begun! 9th & 7th for Sam & Jack. One of my greatest treasures is driving these 2 to school every morning. Quick devotion, a few questions from me, sometimes lively discussion, sometimes stares out the window. Time never stops....cherish each day. by @bmac1k

What an incredible experience! Headed back from 6 days in Chicago where Sam & Jack had their 1st opportunity to be in a movie. Thank you to the entire Chicago Nobodies crew!
Special shoutout to @derek_kosek & @jillkosek for allowing us to crash with you & your family!

I asked the boys what was their favorite part...."the cool people we met"
I am reminded again that happiness in life comes from the relationships we have!

Thank you @markanthonynathan & @andywhatsnext for the 1st class treatment. It was so fun to watch you guys put together a dream you have had for so long.
We will be back for the premiere!!!!!

250 years ago 56 men risked it all.
5 signers were captured & imprisoned
12 signers had their homes burned or looted
17 signers suffered major finacial losses
9 signers died from wounds, illness, or hardship related to the Revolutionary War

Only 40-45% of the population were Patriots & wanted to fight for Independence. Most were indifferent or supported British rule.

25,000 lost their lives during the Revolutionary War. Most from disease, starvation & exposure.

And this was just the start. An experiment in government, an ideal that the World believed would never succeed. No doubt God's hand was there from the start.

Let Freedom continue to ring! 250 years & counting. God bless America!

Road trip Philly....destination World Cup! Of course we had to hit up some of our favorites. Independence Hall, Ralph's (oldest Italian restaurant in USA), Franklin Fountain...biking all the city!

The World Cup was incredible. Electric environment is a such an understatement. Wild, fun crowd from literally all over the World! Jack got to see one of his favorite players @k.mbappe from France score 2 goals & then France score goal 3 right in front of him!
Thank you @frankbesosa & @_cjstevens for helping us host the Boys! by @bmac1k

Richmond has some GREAT outreaches to support those with disabilities. One of the best programs is "Jacob's Chance". For years Benedictine Varsity Baseball has played St Christopher's Varsity in a game
to raise money for this great organization.
Well, 2026 will be its biggest, best baseball event to date! 4 teams will be playing @ RF&P park Saturday April 25th
Glen Allen vs St Chris followed by
Benedictine vs Goodwin!

We are SO JACKED that our own CADEN MCGRATH has been asked to throw out the 1st pitch before the GA vs St Chris game!!! If you know Caden, you know he loves baseball & he loves a crowd!!!!!

Please help us spread the word.

Caryn's family traces back to the Throckmorton's who have resided @coughtoncourt since the 1500s!
Magnus & Imogen, the current Throckmorton's living @ the manor, invited us to a private tour & lunch!
The Noble Throckmorton family has a rich history of fighting for justice. After Henry VIII broke from the Catholic Church, the Throckmorton's fought to protect those being persecuted. It was incredible to see the "hidden rooms" built to protect priest that were being hunted. The chemise shown was worn by Mary Queen of Scots on the day of her execution!
The property, including both its own Catholic Church, & Anglican Church, is absolutely stunning.
We were overwhelmed by Magnus & Imogen's hospitality. The boys are so excited to know more about their rich British history! by @bmac1k
