Blame it on the Rain... was the theme of last weekend's trail day. Drainage, ditches and bridges were the focus so we can keep rising all winter.
Cheers to all the diggers, you are appreciated 😊

Dust off the tools, trail maintenance season is on!
SUNDAY! Oct 18th, work will be on Mel’s. by @bmbatrails

You can't deny the convenience of taking a public bus to the top of the trailhead. The trails aren't for everyone, but the location, easy navigation, and SFU make Burnaby Mountain an ideal spot to ride.

Oh, and @bmbatrails who have been advocating and maintaining these trails for decades, that's pretty rad too.

We came, we saw, we dug.
Today was a great day of of work with the @cityofburnaby to get Uppercut going again. Ditches, drainage, grade reversals and a lot of resurfacing was the order of the day.
Test riders were impressed 😁 by @bmbatrails

Trail Day Alert! June 13th, Uppercut
The heavy rains this winter did a number on the work we did last year, so repairs are needed.

Not all heroes wear capes and masks, some throw dirt, swing sledge hammers and lift rocks.
