32 years around the sun | here is what I’ve learned:

•your peace is most important
•you can do hard things
•you should do hard things
•celebrate the big and small things
•romanticize the mundane
•read for fun, life is too serious
•let nature slow the pace of life down
•take the trip, money comes and it goes
•use your PTO, life is meant to be enjoyed
•volunteer your time and resources to your community
•go for a run
•drink more water
•try new things
•you cannot pour from an empty well
•being an aunt is so fun
•prioritize your health

Building and comfort don’t mix.

Being on camera doesn’t come naturally to me I’m more comfortable solving problems and letting the work speak for itself. This process pushed me outside of my comfort zone but I accepted it because I’m confident in Embra and the mission behind it.

None of this journey happens alone I’m thankful to work alongside wife, Brittney Bond, and am thankful for the work hwy7 Productions did for us this weekend. @zeedubyah @walkerqw. I also want to thank KB you’ve been there since the very beginning. You’ve played a bigger role in this than you probably realize, and I’m genuinely thankful to have you on this team.

This documentary isn’t about hype it’s about commitment. It’s about choosing growth over comfort. It’s about building something bigger than all of us.
