Some reflections on #WorldMentalHealthDay earlier this week…

Mental health is not a destination. Instead, it’s a process. Like your physical health, it requires care and attention. And, like water to a garden, our mental health needs to be tended to.

Show your mind the same care, patience, and kindness that you would show to the handful of seeds you just planted in your garden. Be kind to yourself - you are your own closest companion, your own best friend, or your own worst critic. The trick is to channel your inner plant parent and nourish your mental well-being as you would the flowers in your garden. 💚 by @bmccharles
