Still in awe of the magic Alaska gave us. Up until the last minute, we didn’t know if my mom would be able to come but she rallied and did, and we were lucky enough to experience this trip of a lifetime together with 23 family members. From crabbing and perfect weather to casino nights, shopping, endless laughter, and even the northern lights (a dream come true and so rare!). This trip filled our hearts in every way. Christmas this year was an absolute blessing! I am thankful for so much in my life right now! My mom beat cancer, my best friend survived a brain bleed and is kicking ass every day, I have healthy and happy step kids, and a marriage I always dreamt of!! This week we celebrated my loves 50th birthday on thanksgiving with both sides of our family’s!
