Fatherhood resets my entire definition of success. I’m proud of every title on my resume. But this right here? This is the role that matters most.

It’s easy to get pulled into the next launch, the next meeting, the next deadline that feels urgent in the moment. But family will always come first. While we all make sacrifices every day for our families, we’ll never get to press rewind and experience the moments we missed out on.

To every parent out there building something big: remember to also make time for the milestones that become their core memories.

Showing up as a father, fully, is the only metric I actually care about getting right.
