I am officially Washington's Strongest Man (40+)

Thanks to an awesome coach @runningstrongman and a great strongman community at @dungeonstrength_rx

Biggest highlight for me was hitting a 90lb PR deadlift at 635 with more in the tank

And thank you @the_turgano and @dungeonfitness for hosting the competition, looking forward to returning next year! by @bmour

Super excited for my first Strongman podium and to bring home the silver medal at the Rainier Classic this year! I'll post more recap later but wanted to thank my coach @runningstrongman @firstcalledstrength and my training home at @dungeonstrength_rx and all the coaches there who have built such an awesome environment to learn and grow stronger.

And thank you to my loving supportive wife @amouracade for putting up with the nights and weekends of endless training. I couldn't do it without you. I love you. taken in Dungeon Strength RX by @bmour

Few highlights from this weekend at the @rainierclassic. Was an awesome time and a ton of fun. One of the few places I'm not the biggest guy in the crowd 😀 and a great first Strongman competition.

There were some incredible strongmen and strongwomen athletes out there and I'm honored to have shared in the experience with them! by @bmour
