Chúc mừng năm mới, insta 🧧!

It’s been a minute! Was going through some heavy stuff for bit there with the holidays/new years events, health things, and family drama. My mental’s been absolutely drained. Left socials for a while to deal with some of it, but I’d still like to believe things will turn out fine in the end.

I’m still learning to take care of myself and be comfortable accepting help from the people around me but it’s definitely a journey.

Thankfully, my physical/mental has been starting to trend up, so I just gotta maintain that rhythm! Cast aside the negativity and trust the process. 💪

I’d rather not all my photos spontaneously combust one day. 🔥 I guess the point of this post was for proof of life.

A few non-exclusive highlights of the past couple of years that I’d like to appreciate lifting me up like getting married to my special person, performances, dance, traveling, concerts, photography, becoming a gym 🐀 , good food 🥘 , my community, and the people around me 🙏

Thank you ☺️ by @bmt.alexx
