REFRACTIONS OF A PAIN-BODY my first ever EP is out now ✨I’ve always been fascinated with the natural world and more recently the way light reacts, reflects & refracts. My never ending awe of science combined with a longing for a more consciously aware life experience sums this record up pretty well for me. Inspired by Eckhart Tolle’s concept of the pain-body, this title is a metaphor for light entering and moving through emotionally dense territory, causing it to slow down & change direction, resulting in refracted prismatic beauty. The light still finds its way in and out but it is forever changed. Working on these songs ignited my new found love for synths (specifically the Juno -60 🤤) and modular sonics all played by the ever talented @fabiocapellimusic (who produced and co- wrote the whole record) 🔥I’m so eager to move on to greener & groovier pastures but I’m very proud of these little songs as they were a huge breakthrough in me writing for myself again. It’s almost like I had to clear out the old dusty broom cupboard & give the darkness a hug to get started again. Massive love to everyone who played a small part in bringing our ideas to life. Nothing makes me happier than creating little worlds to exist in for a couple of minutes. ROAPB is out now, listen wherever you usually get your music. 🤍 by @bmunromusic

Finsburyyyyy 💫Beyond grateful and beyond proud of everyone last night. I’m repeating myself but being able to sing a cheeky harmony and live through these moments along side my best pal of 23 years is an incredible life experience. Forever humbled and inspired.
