A lot of people still think carbs are the enemy, but that’s not the full story.

In this episode with @Living_Prana, we got into the real difference between carbs that support your body and the ones that throw it off.

Whole carbs, like oats, fruits, sweet potatoes, quinoa, are minimally processed, full of fiber, and actually play a big role in energy, digestion, and even mental clarity.

What you want to watch out for are refined carbs, the ultra-processed stuff like soda, white bread, pastries. Those break down fast, spike your blood sugar, and over time can lead to gut issues, inflammation, and that constant crash-and-burn cycle.

It’s not about cutting carbs, it’s about choosing the right ones.
