Moisturized lips and body are essential for the winter season so I always make sure to keep an @birchandfogcanada lip and body moisturizer handy.

Love this all natural moisturizing CBD lip balm and the natural silky body moisturizer from @birchandfogcanada
The lip moisturizer keeps my lips hydrated all the time and the body moisturizer keeps my skin nourished and soft. Also help to relieve sore muscles and stiffness.

The human body is 80% water, so we're basically just cucumbers with anxiety #plantbasedgoodness ・・・

What’s all the hype about CBD oil? What are it’s benefits?💫
.
.
I have dealt with anxiety most of my adult life, it can be very tough at times but I try to manage it on my own and find different coping mechanisms. I began using CBD oil a few months ago and have noticed a HUGE shift in my anxiety levels. .
.
CDB has become an increasingly popular natural health remedy for treating a rage of health conditions. It is often associated with marijuana however does not give you a “high effect”
.
.
There are several health benefits associated with CBD.
➡️ Pain relief .
➡️Decrease in cortisol levels.
➡️Decreases appetite.
➡️Decreases in anxiety.
➡️Help with sleep/sleeping patterns.
.
Note that CBD is produced without regulations and therefore the quality can potency can vary. I have tried a handful of brands and it is something I will continue to use as I personally have noticed makes a difference for me, specifically when it comes to anxiety. .
.
Do some research, this could make a huge difference for you and may be a product worth trying 🙏🏻

Motherhood: the most intense experience of life. When one second your heart is melting with joy to the next, when they are screaming/hitting/colouring on walls/peeing everywhere and defying all orders...all you want to do is tie them to their bed, down a bottle and drown out the screams with some dirty electronic beats 💖 (Totally kidding about the tying up..for now !) I’ve always been open and quite bold about my struggles with motherhood, especially when you have such a strong-minded and independent little monkey like mine! (Supposedly these ones turn out to be the prominent leaders later in life 🙏🏼) In addition to meditation and mindfulness practice, cannabis has become one of my main medicines for anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia for over two years. Now it’s become even easier, cleaner and convenient with the sophisticated Alair vape I received from Birch+Fog last week @birchandfogcanada 💗It comes essentially ready-to-use (god knows I can’t roll sh!t!) and has virtually no cannabis smell. Some of us have Mummy juice, some of us smoke, regardless we are all just trying to get to the same place ✌🏼✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
GIFT CARD! Birch+Fog have offered my followers $20 off their first purchase with the code FAMOUSHEN at checkout! Www.birchandfog.com
