Hi friends! I'm Brandy, your photographer. An introduction has been long overdue..

I'm here for the "we argued on the car ride here but they're still my ride or die" kind of love. I'm here for the kids running around and not sitting still at our session. I'm here for the "I'm in the trenches right now but I know I'm going to miss this" motherhood moments. I'm here for YOU💛

Almost everyone says these two things during a session:
1. "What do I do with my hands?"
2. "I'm so awkward!"

It's my job to make sure that you are comfortable and feel like you when you're in front of the camera. No stiff posing, no fake smiles, no pretending. I'll guide you when you need it with soft, simple prompts and natural movement, but I'll also step back when the magic happens on its own.

You're not performing for the camera, you're connecting with the one(s) you love. I'm just here to capture proof that this kind of love exists.

"I'm so glad you have kids!"

Trust me, I'm no stranger to early mornings and big feelings with having two littles of my own! It can also be a little overwhelming to have a giant camera in your face and be expected to smile. During sessions I prioritize creating an atmosphere of comfort, care, and connection all while keeping it playful. When littles are happy and at ease, mom and dad are too☺️

I had an absolute blast with this family! From playing on the playground to running around the field, joy from start to finish. I am so excited for them to welcome baby so soon.

And who knew the fog would create the dreamiest but also moodiest vibe?! If you look up "swoon" in the dictionary, there will be a picture of me looking at these photos 😅

There is something so beautiful about being able to photograph different seasons of life.

The last time these two were in front of my lens, they had just gotten engaged. Now they're husband and wife! I love that H + S are always up for an adventure and they are so unafraid to be themselves, together and individually.

This session was so much fun! Lots of love, lots of inside jokes. I would also like to mention, I have never shot blue hour before and I didn't really see the hype if I'm being honest. But then I shot blue hour. Y'all...it's ✨️magical✨️
