BNU THESIS DISPLAY 2026

I’m so overwhelmed by all the love, support, and kindness I received throughout this week. Just two weeks before the display, I had started doubting my work and almost lost confidence in myself. It was a difficult moment, but this week reminded me why I create & give me my all confidence back.

To everyone who came, showed up, spent time with my work, shared their thoughts, supported me, and believed in me thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your encouragement has meant more than I can put into words, and it gave me the confidence I thought I had lost.

I’m incredibly grateful to each and every one of you. Thank you for making this experience so special. ❤️

“Connecting disciplines is no longer optional.”

At the UNESCO Chairholders’ Coordination Meeting 2026, Prof. Rashid Rana emphasized the need to move beyond disciplinary silos and advance inclusion through interdisciplinary knowledge-making.

Following the meeting, UNESCO Chairholders, representatives, and BNU leadership visited the MDSVAD Annual Degree Show 2026, where graduating students presented thesis projects across art, design, textile, fashion, and interdisciplinary practice.

The visit carried the conversation from institutional dialogue into the exhibition space — where research, material inquiry, memory, technology, culture, and lived experience came together as forms of creative knowledge.

My artwork confronts inherited silence, binding me to my father’s bloodline through memory and absence. Layered with real blood, it embodies what remained unspoken: grief, fear, love, and generational wounds. The installation and canvas become a living body, insisting on recognition. What was once veiled now emerges raw and exposed, mapping the fragile spaces between family, time, and self through a language beyond words.
