The Mariam Dawood School of Visual Arts and Design offers a multidisciplinary approach as a way to explore the connection between art, design and different branches of knowledge. We encourage experimentation and aim that each student becomes visually articulate, conceptually mature and equipped with the ability to consolidate ideas and concepts. Providing our students with the opportunity to achieve their creative potential is a primary objective, with a focus on being responsible citizens and thinkers to contribute to the social fabric of the places they inhabit.

Under the leadership of Dean Rashid Rana (S.I.), SVAD continues to redefine art and design education through innovation, interdisciplinary learning, and a commitment to shaping the next generation of creative thinkers and practitioners.
