So proud of all my girls who completed the 14 week program. I was overwhelmed as they surprised me on the night with a lil speech and thank you basket. Couldn’t be more grateful for this experience. This is just the beginning for us all ❤️. More @thespinlabnashville showcase videos to come! by @boambeemusic

Tried some fun new mixing ideas I had @theofficenashville on Saturday night with @thespinlabnashville 🥹💕🎸🪩 by @boambeemusic
Tonight. July 11th, 8pm@theofficenashville. 🥹 13 women. 3 months. From zero to ready. Some of these artists had never touched a pair of decks when we started. Others were already performing as songwriters. What they all have in common is that they showed up, worked hard, and discovered they were capable of far more than they imagined. For so many people, music feels like it’s locked behind years of lessons, expensive schools, or the idea that you have to be “naturally talented.” But that’s not true. @thespinlabnashville exists because music changed my life. During one of the darkest seasons I’ve ever lived through, music became the thing that healed me. I taught myself to write songs with no formal training, no music degree, no mentors, and no one showing me the way. Somewhere along the line I realized something that changed everything: You don’t need permission to make music. I found a little key and opened a door I didn’t know existed. Behind it was creativity, connection, and healing. Once I found that door, I knew I wanted to hold it open for others to walk through & experience that magic within themselves. That’s what Spin Lab is. It’s not really about DJing. DJing is simply the vehicle. It’s a way to help people reconnect with the music that’s already inside them, to build confidence, find community, and remember that creating isn’t reserved for a select few. Music has this incredible ability to heal us, connect us, and remind us, of - who we are. Tomorrow, you’ll see the very first @thespinlabnashville Cohort 01 take the stage. Watching these women grow over the last three months has been a life changing experience, I am so proud of every single one of them. And tomorrow is the showcase that brings together it all together.. and for all of us, it’s just the beginning 🥹. Thank you, @metroartsnash, for believing in this dream and helping make it possible. 💜 🎧 Tomorrow | 8pm 📍 @theofficenashville 604 Gallatin Ave Full details are in my stories and over at @thespinlabnashville. by @boambeemusic
