That’s a wrap on year 3 at Churchill Downs for the Kentucky Derby! 🍇🧀

I am so proud of our team for always rising to the occasion and building the most beautiful boards. There was a moment this week where I found myself reflecting on just how far we’ve come over the last 7 years. Needless to say… it makes me a little speechless (which says a lot 😂). Thank you for the endless love and support. We are incredibly grateful to be part of this community. ❤️

And that’s a wrap on Derby 2025! We are incredibly appreciative of the opportunity to cater the Kentucky Derby for the second year in a row. It is a privilege to be involved in an event of this caliber. Thank you to our wonderful team for showing up and showing out as always!

I want to give a special shout out to our Charcuterie Director, Miss Bella Manzo. Bella consistently pours her heart and soul into everything she does, and this was no exception. Bella spent countless hours organizing and planning the execution of this week. I am so proud of all that she has accomplished, and we are blessed to have her leading our charcuterie operations.❤️
