#quacksofquedlinburg is not normally myl first pick of games as I usually tend to go for strategic games, but I have to admit that it is a lot of fun from time to time!

Pick out the ingredients you want/can afford each round and hope for the best! It's fun as a base game, but even better with the extra elements of both expansions. We won't play without them anymore.

This was also the first time we played with all the expansions, and my first impression was that I hate the new bags that came for the 5th player. The material has this cheap feeling and it sticks to my fingers. Also the cards are differently shaped and produced, so we get a clear difference in the stack...

But anyways, I really enjoy the fast pase of the game, and love to play it on a day where we don't have a lot of time or where my capacity is not that great 😅

#seti really is an amazing game! Tried it twice now, and can definitely recommend it!

Love the possibilities and the way this game changes when you manage to find a alien species.

I have to say that I'm deeply impressed by @czech_games_edition way of packing and sending their games! The fact that it came in several nice fitting cardboard boxes and completely undamaged was a very nice surprise.

I'm really looking forward to playing both these games, and especially with the new storage box for #lostruinsofarnak

Just bought #everdellcompletecollection as I love playing Everdell! Bought it used, but was not happy about the sticker placement, so I'm gonna do the painstaking job of redoing all of them 🙈

But I have to say that I'm strongly considering just removing all the stickers and just having them wooden. What do you think is prettiest?

Playing #harmonies in the summer outside is definitely a good idea 😊

Always enjoy a relaxing game of #harmoniesboardgame

If you haven't played it yet, I highly recommend trying it. It's calm, easy to learn, quick rounds, a bit of strategic planning, and all in all a nice game.

And it's also verygood for #sologaming, although I have only managed to get 6 suns so far 😅 by @boardgamer_wolf

Finally got to see what all the hype was about. #harmonies is a great little game that is easy to learn and doesn't require you to think too much strategy. There is definitely strategy involved, as you have to plan which card to get and how to make your structure, but it isn't really all that hard and you will earn a fair amount of points even though you don't do everything correctly.

The game actually reminds me a bit about a solitaire game, so I can really see myself playing this one solo even though I don't often do so. And playing solo should really be harmonious!

Lovely little game. Definitely get the hype, and this one will stay in my collection ❤️

So, my brother and I played a few games of #hivepocket and ended up like this. I (black) managed to squeeze him in on several places, and at the end he didn't find any way to get out? Have we missed any possibilities?

#tekhenu is a really nice eurogame where you play in a rondel and follow the shadows made by the #obelisk. I have to say that the obelisk is a really cool element, and I really like the idea about how the shadows work.

This is a really difficult game to play well, with lots of details and mini games you have to manage. So far, I've only played this with two players, but I feel it plays well with two. Might be a bit better and tighter with three players.

I have also bought the expansion, but this game unfortunately doesn't come out too often. Might be because it's a tad bit too difficult for my group.

#cubitos is fun and fast! Pick out you dice, roll away and use them to buy new dice and to run! It's fast, easy and very similar to Quacks of Quedlinberg if you have ever played it before.

In my opinion, #quacksofquedlinburg is a bit better as you have more options (with the expansions), but this one has that race where you all play on the same board. I would like there to be some mechanisms to ruin a bit for each other, just for fun, but you can't have everything.

When it comes to learning the game, the rulebook is okay. It struggles a bit with explaining what "busting" is, but otherwise it does a decent job of explaining the game. I am perhaps missing a few explanations, but nothing major. "Busting" is when you decide to push you luck by rolling the leftover dice after you already have three dice in your active zone. So you cannot bust unless you push past 3 dice.

I don't own #brassbirmingham myself, but I absolutely love this game! Building trains and boats so that you can build up your industry and harvest the resources to continue building.

It's a tight game, and you can't build anything without having the right cards for it. The other players will also most likely try to ruin your plans and make selfish choices. Which again makes it difficult to plan, but definitely more interesting to play. This again can lead to a lot of down time and waiting for a player to finish their turn. But even with the wait, I still highly enjoy this game. It feels rewarding when you to manage to make a great railway connection between your cities. And it feels good when you manage to ruin a bit for other players also 😅
