POSTS STORIES REELS

Another successful Saturday with @boardroommentoring! This time, we brought some friends to the table!

Our community partner, @voxatl, joined us for an interactive podcast workshop, giving our youth hands-on experience with recording equipment while showing them the power of using their voices to tell their unique stories

A special thank you to our Drop-Ins for sharing their experiences, knowledge, and encouragement. We’re committed to creating spaces where young people can explore new interests, discover their potential, and gain exposure to opportunities that inspire growth.

More than mentoring. We’re opening doors, amplifying voices, and making sure every young person has a seat at the table!

Decisions shape direction. Direction shapes the future.

Through our partnership with the DeKalb County Juvenile Court, Boardroom Mentoring, Inc. brought Strategic Decision Making to the table.

Our young men engaged in honest conversations about choices, consequences, and how the decisions they make today can impact their tomorrow. Special thanks to @mikaledriver and our drop in mentors, who facilitated an interactive exercise that brought the conversation to life and challenged participants to think critically about real-world decisions.

This is our approach to mentorship: youth-led dialogue, real conversations, meaningful experiences, and trusted mentors.

Because every young person deserves A Seat at the Table.

Better decisions. Better outcomes. Bigger futures.

Our Strategic Decision Making session challenged our young men to think beyond the moment and consider where their choices can take them. Thank you @mikaledriver and our Drop In Mentors for assisting in leading the session.

Another powerful session with @boardroommentoring in partnership with the DeKalb County Juvenile Court.

🎥 Full recap coming soon.

We’re proud to announce a new partnership! 🤝🏾

Boardroom Mentoring, Inc. is partnering with the @dekalbcountyjuvenilecourt through its Hands On, Hands Off Program to provide mentoring services to teens.

Through this partnership, we’ll create spaces for young people to engage in real conversations around decision-making, financial literacy, career awareness, personal branding, mental health, self-expression, and more.

Our goal is simple: connect young people with positive mentors, meaningful experiences, and the tools they need to make informed decisions about their futures.

Real conversations. Real relationships. Real mentorship.

Today, on Giving Tuesday, I’m officially launching something I’ve been building quietly and intentionally behind the scenes — @boardroommentoring

Boardroom Mentoring is a new, innovative way to mentor young people.
Not a classroom.
Not a lecture.
Not a traditional program.

It’s Drop-In Mentoring — a consistent space where youth can pull up a chair, talk through real life in real time, and get guidance, strategy, and support from mentors who actually show up.

No appointments.
No long intake process.
No red tape.
Just presence, conversation, and clarity, exactly when students need it most.

This is the Boardroom:
A table where young people feel heard.
A table where they gain confidence.
A table where they learn to think, plan, and lead their lives with intention.

And we’re launching today, on Giving Tuesday, because the mission deserves momentum.
Because our youth deserve access.
Because our community needs solutions that are real, practical, and accessible.

Boardroom Mentoring is now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which means all donations are tax deductible and go directly toward:
• Meals for students
• MARTA cards for transportation
• Workbooks & resources
• Background-checked mentors
• Safe Drop-In Meeting spaces
• Expansion into more schools and communities

If you believe in mentorship…
If you believe in access…
If you believe in giving young people a seat at the table…

There’s a link in my bio to donate.
And for those who want to personally be part of this movement, you can also sign up to become a mentor.

Welcome to the Boardroom.
