Hey Rib Cookoff Association, we are getting the site ready for the Ultimate Rib Challenge! We are hard at work laying down gravel and running power and water lines to bring utilities to as many cooking spots as possible. We can't wait to see everyone out here!

🔥 Stress Relief BBQ definitely lived up to our name this weekend! 🔥

Work stress had Sandy tied up on Friday, so she missed the competition, but Tim made the trip to the Southaven Fall Fest and represented us well! He finished in a three-way tie for 4th place in Steak. 🥩👏 Congrats to Elizabeth Lipa on her Cocktails win! 🍹🏆

Sandy was able to join the fun on Saturday, and let’s just say she was ready for some serious stress relief! 😂 Thankfully, the weather turned out much better than forecasted, and it was a great day hanging out with our SCA family.

A big shout-out to Wesley with the Southaven Parks Department for putting on such a great event. The venue is perfect for competitions, and we always enjoy coming back!

🥩 Saturday Results:
🏆 Steak A: Sandy tied with Nick Copeland for 1st place!
🏆 Steak B: Tim finished 8th, and Sandy brought home the win with a PERFECT SCORE of 254.5! 🔥

A DOUBLE WIN for Sandy and her 3rd perfect score! 🙌🎯 What a way to relieve some stress!

And to top it all off, Sandy was able to pass the Golden Ticket along to Angela Cornell! 🎟️❤️ Always great to see our SCA family celebrating each other’s successes.

We had a fantastic weekend, made some great memories, and came home with plenty to smile about!
