Starting off our DJ introductions is none other than Boasteeze.
Addicted to the bass, Christchurch-born and bred, Boasteeze spawned from the dimly lit dance floors in the underground club scene.

Her journey into the world of bass began when she started learning to mix in November 2021 while hanging out with friends and could not resist the urge to dive headfirst into the world of DJing.

Boasteeze embraced the challenge and created her unique sound by weaving a mixture of her deepest, darkest 140s and bass-filled garage. Her signature blends seamlessly merge her passion for garage and dub, resulting in a truly distinctive wub experience.

She'll be going b2b with Indulge and we are fizzing to hear what they have in store for us! by @boasteeze

INTRODUCING BOASTEEZE:

Christchurch born and bred, Boasteeze spawned forth from the dimly lit dance floors in the underground
club scene.

With raw talent and quick succession she landed her first booking at catalyst venue Hide only 3 months
into mixing!

Boasteeze has fallen deep into the cavernous sounds of dark, heavy dubstep and is notorious for paying
homage to both new and old flavours of 140 selections.
Her steeze behind the decks and ability to pull the crowd deep into the sound journey caught the attention
of promoters across the board. Travelling up and down Aotearoa, she has since shelled out huge sets at
Solidarity Festival, Valhalla and shared the stage with Dubstep icons such as Truth and Brassic!
Influenced heavily by legends such as Alex Perez, Hypho and Ma Barka, you know her archives are
absolutely loaded with bombshell tracks that are capable of really putting the sound system to the test!

Boasteeze aims to inspire and uplift fellow females to seize opportunities to learn, bring something
unique to the scene, and remind others that they can do anything they set their minds to!

Boasteeze is here to make waves and is bunkering down to study more about sound in order to maximise
what she can throw through the rigs in Aotearoa!

Introducing our warm-up act for this Friday's extravaganza: BOASTEEZE

There is no easy way around this - Boasteeze is totally addicted to bass.
Christchurch-born and bred, this skillful selector was spawned from dimly lit dance floors resonating with low frequencies, and it was all over from the moment she heard her first wub.
Her journey into the world of bass began when she started learning to mix in November 2021 while hanging out with friends. Manipulating music felt natural to her, and she could not resist the urge to dive headfirst into the world of DJing. Embracing elements of dubstep and garage, she carves out a sound that is distinctively dark, yet bouncy and playful.

Since then, she has traveled up and down Aotearoa, shelling out huge sets at Solidarity and Twisted Frequency, as well as sharing the stage with Dubstep icons such as Truth and Brassic.
Her sound is influenced heavily by legends such as Alex Perez, Hypho and Ma Barka, and with that she has curated an archive that is absolutely loaded with bombshell tracks designed to put sound system to the test.

Boasteeze aims to inspire and uplift fellow females to seize opportunities to learn, bring something unique to the scene, and remind others that they can do anything they set their minds to!
