All-time PR!!

Going back to basics and reprogramming my training has paid off tenfold. My lower body lifts have lagged behind since my spine surgeries and I am happy to report that they are no longer a bottleneck to my training goals. Technique > ego lifts. taken in LA Fitness by @bob.stod
