The closest transformation is finished. We are missing one rod that we can grab on our next visit to San Pedro Sula. Thanks to my amazing wife Elvia for putting up with my mess for almost a month. Thanks to my farm hand Rafita Aguilar for his amazing work and help. Thanks to Elias my local welder for building the steel supports. The last picture is the AI design i got made from describing my wishes. by @bobadams_72

Ok my eife made some fresh hotchata the other day. I kept thinking it could use some alcohol. I added some potato vodka and yes its a winner. If I had everything for a B52 I would do that but straight vodka is a winner winner chicken dinner. by @bobadams_72

I finally made Tater Tot casserole for the first time. I realized it's basically a poor man Shepard Pie. Taste good, but not as refined. I had to use breakfast potatoes. I can't get my grocery store to buy real tots. by @bobadams_72

Had a small batch Cacoa harvest today. The Forastero variety. Wasn't much but it was right after a harsh pruning. It will spend the next week fermenting and then drying out. This small batch is not worth selling so we will make our own chocolates. by @bobadams_72
