It’s all started Feb 2018 when I decided to join C-Town crossfit and @teewarren82 become my coach. 3 years day to day grinding in and out lifting all the weights hitting all the PR’s early morning, doing all the nasty brutal workouts together without complaining.

This guy change my mindset of training, eating healthily and my total fitness level. I mean I know I’m totally in my worse shape since I get back to Kuwait 😅

He wasn’t just a coach, he’s a friend, a best workout partner and a brother for life ❤️

He don’t know I’m in the states, I just showed up and surprised him! by @bobahar
