🏆 AWARDS NIGHT — SAFETY, SECURITY & PROFESSIONALISM

Tonight is a celebration of achievement, excellence and success. Behind every successful event is a commitment to safety, security and the well-being of everyone attending.

From welcoming guests and managing access to maintaining a professional presence and responding to potential risks, effective event security helps create a safe, controlled and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Security is about more than just standing guard. It’s about awareness, prevention, professionalism and being prepared before a situation arises.

Discreet presence. Vigilant observation. Professional protection.

Wishing all nominees, award recipients, organisers and guests a fantastic and safe evening.

Your Safety. My Priority. 🛡️ by @bobbiejaneb1

STRENGTH IS EARNED. RESPECT IS BUILT.

Every rep builds strength. Every session sharpens discipline. Every challenge strengthens the mindset.

It’s about physical capability, mental toughness, unwavering discipline and the ability to perform under pressure when others depend on you 🛡️

You don’t rise to the occasion. You fall back on the level of your preparation.

Train with purpose. Push beyond comfort. Build resilience. Stay mission-ready.

Because when the pressure is on, there’s no time to get ready. You either ARE ready, or you’re not.

NO EXCUSES. NO SHORTCUTS. JUST DISCIPLINE, STRENGTH AND PROFESSIONALISM. 🛡️🔥

Often, I’m working alone. That means staying alert, focused and aware of everything happening around me.

Protecting those who place their trust in me is paramount. I take that responsibility seriously because in security, circumstances can change in just 2 seconds.

Experience teaches you to watch, anticipate and remain composed.
You don’t wait for something to happen — you stay prepared.

Sharp and ready. 🛡️

Protection isn’t always about standing in front.

Sometimes it’s about staying one step behind and watching everything.

🏳️‍🌈 2 WEEKS TO GO. $9,445 LEFT TO RAISE.

We’ve raised $555 towards our $10,000 GiveOUT Day goal and every dollar gets us closer.

Because everyone deserves somewhere they can feel welcomed, connected and supported.

Through the 314 Movement, Euphoria Foundation creates community-led wellbeing events for LGBTQIAPN+ people experiencing, or at risk of, isolation and distress.

These aren’t just events.
They’re moments of connection.
New friendships.
A place to feel seen.
A space to be yourself.

And they make a measurable difference:
💜 93% of attendees feel more connected after our events
💜 78% feel less alone

Your donation helps make these spaces possible including free tickets, Auslan interpretation, language services, quiet spaces, inclusive food, and paid opportunities for queer artists, facilitators and cultural leaders.

We have 14 days to reach our goal.
If you can donate, please do.

If you can’t, share this post, you could help us reach someone who can.

👉 Donate via the link in our bio.

Today I proudly became an Australian citizen. 🇦🇺
A very special moment and a new chapter in my life. I’m proud of where I’ve come from, grateful for the journey that brought me here, and honoured to now officially call Australia home.

Proud day. Proud moment. Proud to be Australian. 🇦🇺 🦘 🐨
