Flow & Glow: A Soulful Morning Reset 🌿☀️

A beautiful collaboration between @collectivefitnessyoga @_million_moves @bobby_and_me

Join us Saturday, 5th September at 7:30am at the stunning Nowingi Place for a peaceful morning of movement, mindfulness and connection.

Your morning includes:
✨ A yoga mat provided on arrival (or bring your own if you prefer)
✨ 45-minute Mat Pilates to strengthen, energise and awaken your body
✨ 15-minute Yoga, Savasana & Sound Bowl Therapy to stretch, release and restore

After the session, we’ll head to Bobby & Me where your booking includes a complimentary coffee and the opportunity to slow down, connect and enjoy the morning together.

This experience is designed to help you reset, reconnect and realign with yourself and the natural world. Let the early morning light, fresh air and soothing sounds guide you into a day filled with peace, purpose and presence.

Tickets include your movement session and coffee.
