🚨 Middletown... we’ve got a new heavyweight in town🍕🥩 Every so often, a new pizzeria opens its doors and immediately makes you stop and take notice. @doughbrothersnj is one of those places! We kicked things off with The Classic - Cheesesteak—house-roasted chuck roll, sharp cheddar, peppers & onions on toasted semolina. Crispy on the outside, unbelievably soft inside, with rich beef flavor and just the right bite from the cheddar. It’s a cheesesteak you’ll be thinking about long after the last bite! Then came the Fuggedaboutit Pizza... and trust me, the name says it all. Grandma’s sauce, mozzarella, crispy pepperoni cups, hot honey, and basil pesto come together on a beautifully blistered crust that’s light, airy, and loaded with crunch. Every bite is balanced, every flavor has a purpose, and the finish keeps pulling you back for another slice!
