Client Testimonial📖⁣ ⁣ Here we have a testimonial from a client.⁣ ⁣ Sometimes all you need is someone who will be there to hold you accountable.⁣ ⁣ Accountability = more chance of achieving results⁣ ⁣ #bobbysearspt #Coach #client #testimonials by @bobbysearspt
5K Time Trial Retest⁣ ⁣ 3 weeks on from the last deload week where I hit 17:53 for 5k⁣ ⁣ I thought I’d retest to see if my fitness was continuing to build.⁣ ⁣ 5K For Time⁣ = 17:44⁣ AVG Pace 3:33 per km⁣ ⁣ 9 seconds off from last time within the 3 weeks.⁣ ⁣ Showing once again the work is paying off.⁣ ⁣ No crazy mileage…⁣ ⁣ Just consistency hitting the sessions that matter.⁣ ⁣ Keep stacking days 🧱⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #bobbysearspt #Coach #run #5krun #running by @bobbysearspt
30’ Engine builder for hyrox ⁣ Simple and effective fitness builder⁣ ⁣ A big misconception in fitness has always been that you have to chase intensity every day to get fitter…⁣ ⁣ The truth is you need to learn how to manage your sessions so adaptation can take place in order to gain fitness.⁣ ⁣ Here’s a piece I did on the weekend,⁣ ⁣ The goal was to keep the intensity easy and just to continue to move for the given amount of time with good quality. ⁣ AMRAP 30⁣ 500m Ski⁣ 40m Sled Pull / Drag⁣ 500m Row⁣ 40m Farmers Carry⁣ ⁣ Simple works.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #bobbysearspt #training #Coach #fitness ⁣ by @bobbysearspt
Client Testimonial📖 Here we have a testimonial from a client. Number 50 for the page. My goal is to always strive to give clients the best service possible. #bobbysearspt #Coach #client #testimonials by @bobbysearspt
The core strength building secret⁣ ⁣ Want to build a strong core?⁣ ⁣ I’ll say it again:⁣ ⁣ You have to train your core like any other muscle.⁣ ⁣ Add weight ⁣ Progressively overload⁣ Manipulate reps / sets⁣ ⁣ Build your planks⁣ Build your hollow holds⁣ Build your rotations⁣ Build your carries⁣ ⁣ This will give you a stronger core.⁣ ⁣ You just have to be willing to spend the time on it.⁣ ⁣ I hope this helps🫡⁣ ⁣ #bobbysearspt #Coach #corestrength #coretraining #education by @bobbysearspt
Build your leg strength with this superset⁣ ⁣ This is one I have been building for the last few weeks with the goal of building muscular endurance in the legs.⁣ ⁣ It’s not just about being strong in small rep ranges…⁣ ⁣ It’s about being able to build leg strength that will carry you through high rep sets / long periods of time without breakdown.⁣ ⁣ 3 Sets⁣ 40 DB Walking Lunges @ 40kg⁣ 20s Wall Sit @ 15kg⁣ R90s⁣ ⁣ Play around with the numbers where the 40 reps should feel tough and the wall sit should be a case of digging in and hanging on for the time.⁣ ⁣ 🫡⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #bobbysearspt #Coach #strength #training #education by @bobbysearspt
Training Insight⁣ ⁣ Here’s an insight into a current strength day for me at the moment with the goal being to build muscular endurance🧱⁣ ⁣ #bobbysearspt #Coach #training #strengthtraining by @bobbysearspt
Use this isometric exercise to improve your running performance ⁣ ⁣ Isometric Split Squat Hold⁣ ⁣ Benefits ⁣ ⁣ ▪️Increases tendon stiffness⁣ ▪️Improves energy return⁣ ▪️Builds single leg stability / strength⁣ ▪️Isometric = low recovery cost⁣ ⁣ Want to feel more powerful in each stride you take?⁣ ⁣ Progress this from bodyweight and hold anywhere from 10 - 30s each side.⁣ ⁣ Goal = create as much tension as you can in this position. ⁣ Isometrics like this if done right should be hard.⁣ ⁣ I hope this helps🫡⁣ ⁣ #bobbysearspt #Coach #runners #run #education by @bobbysearspt
Everyone starts somewhere…⁣ ⁣ This is one of the first things I will mention during the process of onboarding new clients.⁣ ⁣ You are at the start of your journey…⁣ ⁣ You cannot expect worthwhile results to fall at your feet and come fast.⁣ ⁣ Put in the work. ⁣ Keep showing up. ⁣ Apply the correct principles. ⁣ Results take time, but if you do the above…⁣ ⁣ They will come🧱⁣ ⁣ #bobbysearspt #Coach #transformation #education #training by @bobbysearspt
