The Halton Deaf Seniors Club enjoyed a wonderful Chair Yoga session, both in-person at Milton Day Centre and on Zoom!

Everyone had a great time learning and doing the exercises together. A big thank you to Sherri for teaching us and explaining each exercise clearly, step by step, so everyone could follow along.
