Lately, so many of you have been telling me that I have a glow. Thank you! 🥹🫶🏾

And honestly, that means more to me than you probably realize: But not because of the way I look, more because I know where it comes from. It comes from choosing myself over and over again the past months. From healing day by day. I did the work, even when nobody saw it.

One thing that completely changed my mindset was realizing this: It wasn’t my fault, but it is my responsibility to heal! Because at the end: IT IS MY LIFE!

For a long time, I confused healing with “feeling better.” Now I know it’s about allowing yourself to feel everything that is inside of you without letting those emotions become your identity. I still get angry, sad and I still have days where everything feels heavy. The difference is that I don’t stay there for days/weeks. I let myself sit and feel it, after that I try to understand it and at the end I learn from it, and then I keep moving. The version of you that’s waiting on the other side of healing is worth every difficult conversation, every tear, every step forward.

If you’ve been working on yourself lately, I’m proud of you. Even if nobody else sees it yet. 💗

FLOW & GROW | DANCE WORKSHOP ♡
a movement & mind connection workshop

I started dancing when I was 9. I competed, performed, choreographed for music videos and spent years making dance a huge part of my life.

But it wasn’t until a major injury that I truly understood what dance meant to me! 😮‍💨

I learned that movement is so much more than steps or performance. It’s about connecting mind, body & soul, learning how to use your body and expressing something through it no matter in which style.

With the help of some incredible mentors, I found my passion for dance again, through my mentaltraining certification I learned how to combine my mind and soul . . . and now I feel ready to share what I’ve learned with you guys.

FLOW & GROW is for dancers, beginners and anyone who wants to reconnect with their body through movement and mindset work. 🫶🏾

You don’t need to have danced before.
You don’t need to be “good” at it. (because when are we starting to be good?) Everyone can learn and adapt in their own tempo.

We are going to get through different steps, a short choreo, exercise that help you to get out of your comfort zone and I‘ll give you tools to connect your mind, body and soul, so you can use them whenever needed. 🙂‍↕️

I hope I can welcome as many of you as possible but keep in mind I’ve only limited spots left.

You’ve probably seen me talk about wanting to live more in the moment again, the past few weeks. One thing I definitely took with me from my time in amsterdam: A fun drink (or maybe two), every single day. Always! and not just on the days the to-do list is actually done.

Lately I discovered @pago_fruchtsaft for me again. I used to drink them all the time when I was younger. My inner child is the happiest and that does not need a “special” occasion. Cause life is the special occasion. 🙂‍↕️

Sometimes we feel lost, and not only because we’re in a place we don’t know. Sometimes we feel lost in a season of life where we’re not really sure what we’re doing, where we’re going, or if we’re even still on the right path. 😮‍💨

I’ve been feeling like this lately. And honestly, maybe I’m still somewhere in the middle of it. I don’t really know.

But one thing I keep reminding myself of is that no matter how lost I feel, I never want to lose sight of who I am and who I want to be!!! 🙂‍↕️

Because wherever I go, and whoever I’m with, I want to keep blooming. I want to stay soft, love deeply, breathe easy, and stay true to myself. 💗

Maybe we don’t always need to know exactly where we’re going. Maybe sometimes it’s enough to just remember who we are while we figure it out.

And if you’re somewhere in between too, I see you.
You’re not alone. We’ll figure it out along the way.🧚🏽‍♂️✨

I’ve been thinking a lot about how easy it is to get so caught up in what’s next that you barely notice what’s happening now. 😮‍💨

I think I’ve done that more times than I’d like to admit.

Because I was always chasing the next goal, the next milestone, the next version of my life . . . thinking I’ll finally be able to relax and enjoy myself once I get there. But there’s always another thing to work on. And while I was busy trying to build a life I’ll be happy with one day, I sometimes forgot to enjoy the life I already have.

Let me tell you the best moments were never the ones I planned perfectly anyway. They were laughing with my friends until we couldn’t breathe, going out out way too long or just randome get togethers.

You don’t want to spend your whole life waiting for the next goal to make you feel fulfilled. You can still want more for yourself without treating where you are now it’s not enough! 🫶🏾

Because one day you will probably going to miss the life you’re living right now.

And tell me when I am wrong but: You probably don’t want to realize how good it was only after it’s gone. So please breath 2-3 times more and try to enjoy life RIGHT NOW 💗🧚🏽‍♂️

Another little piece of the best decision I’ve ever made 🇳🇱
My current status: 2 weeks back „home“ (kinds feels like I am not at home) and I still don’t think I’ve fully realised how special those weeks were. 🥹

I lived there, worked there, ate way too well, made new friends, had my favorite people come visit but most importantly, I really got to live! I spent so much time with myself, healed in ways I didn’t even know I needed to, and was just completely present in my own life.

Looking back now, i can honestly say moving to amsterdam was one of the best “last minute” decisions I’ve ever made. apparently I do make good decisions sometimes ;)

These memories are gonna stick with me forever 🧚🏽‍♂️💗

Maybe it’s not even delusional anymore. 👀✨

I’ve shown myself and maybe one or two people out there, over and over again that dreams can actually become your reality when you set yourself a goal, try to feel it with all your senses to manifest it and then do the work to make it happen.

And I have that urge feeling that this is only the beginning. There’s so much more I want to create, experience and prove to myself. 🤍

So if you want to see how far this can go, stay for the journey. I think the next chapter is going to be a good one. 🧚🏽‍♂️💗

Sometimes I could ask for help and make my life so much easier, right? 👀

My stubborn, independent brain is like: “nope, we can figure this out ourselves.”

So instead of asking for help, I’ll spend twice the time, three times the energy and somehow convince myself that doing everything alone is the better option.

Like carrying six grocery bags at once, dropping half of them on the stairs and still refusing to make a second trip because “I’ve got it.” 🫠

And the worst part? There’s literally no reward for this.
There is no trophy or bonus point waiting around the corner. Just unnecessary stress and energy I could’ve spent on something else.

So what we are trying to unlearn and learn now is to go from “I have to do everything on my own.” to „ sometimes it’s okay to ask fro help“ + it’s actually nice to have people around who offer you a helping hand.

Maybe you or one of your friends need to read that too 💗
