I may not have been the biggest Kyle Busch fan, but his passing has made me realize how much he did for the sport not just as a driver, but an owner and ambassador.

A lot of people remember the rowdy kid in his early days, the guy you love to hate in his prime, and the elder statesman past his prime in these past few years, but Kyle Busch was someone you would remember. Whether it was the attitude, the flashy paint schemes of Kellogg’s, M&M’s, Interstate Batteries, or the later ones like Lucas Oil and 3Chi, or his Buschwhacking in the lower series.

But Kyle Busch was also an owner. From 2010 until 2023, he owned his own NASCAR Craftsman Trucks Series team, Kyle Busch Motorsports. KBM also made a run in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series from 2011-2013. Drivers that have raced for KBM include: William Byron, Noah Gragson, Erik Jones, John Hunter Nemecheck, Christopher Bell, Todd Gilliland, Riley Herbst, Brandon Jones, Chandler Smith, Greg Biffle, Corey Heim, Martin Truex Jr, Daniel Suarez, and Kurt Busch.

So here’s to Rowdy. Take the final bow. by @bodeebates_show

Great effort by #team32 and the Mitten State Motorsports crew. Homestead was fun for us, lots of speed. Won Stage 1 with a good strategy, barely missed stage points in Stage 2 and finished 6th, bounced back in Stage three after a few issues and a close run to the finish. I was more concerned about finish the race instead of winning, finishing second behind Micah.

Results from the 2025 Cross Flag Cup Series Southern 500.

I qualified 5th and was able to battle back after a disappointing start. Finished second in stage one and third in stage two.

I had good short run speed, but just not quite enough long run speed to battle for the win. Settled for 3rd behind @noah_gragson_fan.page and @kleber_kebo_garcia and battled with @chase_racelott for third in the last 10 laps.

Sitting tied for second in points with Isaiah, ten back of Kleber with three races before the Chase.

Looking forward to Daytona tonight in the Coca Cola Cup Series. taken in Darlington Raceway - The Lady in Black by @bodeebates_show

Here’s an update from the @coca_cola_cupseries Qualifying and Duels at Daytona for the Mitten State Motorsports crew!

@camren_kerber88 and I tied in Qualifying with a 45.113, while @sam.kirk.7792 qualified towards the back. Cam wasn’t able to compete in the Duels due to personal issues, while Sam and I were split in Duels one and two.

The field in Duel 1 consisted of @checkeredflag_creations @danielbsavage @brennenplayz1 @ncccs.15 @tyw__08 and myself, with myself, Zach, Landon, and Tyler running fords.

In the end, I held off the rest of the fords in a chaotic Duel 1 win, snagging the pole for the Daytona 500.

Sam was able to rebound from an unfortunate qualifying run to take P4 in Duel 2, starting 8th.

Cam will start 14th of 16 drivers in the 500.
