Yes I cried like a blubbering idiot once I got into my vehicle. Helping to make a difference in the lives of these dogs is so incredibly rewarding! by @bodellostertag

From 8 years living outside and on a dirty concrete floor, used only for breeding, to learning what love is... When our foster for The Hope Highway said she first got Butters she said he was the most defeated looking dog she had ever seen and she had seen some hard cases. But this terrible ending wasn't meant for Butters. Everyday he is growing, learning what love is, and feeling feelings he's never felt before. This is what love is. Giving everything and expecting nothing in return. This is why our fosters are so critically important to our mission. These dogs come to us usually broken. New environments, new people, new voices. They are scared little animals hoping for a warm place to snuggle in and a soft spot to rest their weary heads. Our fosters help bridge that gap between broken and ready for a forever home. So to Meghan, thank you. Thank you to you and your family for showing Butters what love is. From the bottom of our hearts and to all the other amazing fosters we couldn't do it without you. Thank you. by @bodellostertag
