✨ Same pants. Different body. Different energy.

Back in November, these jeans were squeezing the life out of me 😩… today they slip right on with room to spare 🙌🏾.

The difference? I stopped chasing quick fixes and just got consistent. That’s it. No fad diets. No magic pills. Just small daily choices that stacked up over time.

💡 If you’re tired of starting over every Monday, it’s time to shift.
📘 Comment CURVES and I’ll send you my FREE ebook that breaks down the exact steps to get started.

Jun 2025 → Feb 2026

There was a season where my heart was heavy, my spirit was tired, and I barely recognized the woman in the mirror. I went through a painful breakup, lost pieces of myself, and questioned everything I thought I knew about who I was. Some days I showed up strong. Some days I showed up broken. But I kept showing up.

Because healing doesn’t always look like progress. Sometimes the scale doesn’t move. Sometimes you feel like you’re going backwards. Sometimes you’re fighting habits, pain, memories, and doubt all at once. And still… you choose yourself again. And again. And again.

These past few months were some of the hardest of my life but also the most transforming. I released old patterns. I faced truths about myself. I rebuilt discipline. I chose growth over comfort. I chose peace over chaos. I chose becoming over staying the same.

And to the woman reading this in the middle of her own storm listen to me carefully:
💗 You are strong enough.
💗 You are wise enough.
💗 You are capable enough.
Everything you need is already inside of you.

You are not “becoming” her… you ARE her.

Pain can refine you. Lessons can elevate you. What tried to break you can build you if you allow it. There is nothing more powerful than a woman who decides to rise, heal, and grow from what she’s been through. Nothing.

I’m deeply grateful for my journey, for every lesson, and for the community that held me up when I felt weak. Your love, your support, your presence it mattered more than you know. And because of that, I’m pouring back into women who are walking through hard seasons, rediscovering themselves, and learning to rise again.

This is a new chapter. A softer heart. A stronger mind. A higher standard. A deeper purpose.

And I’m just getting started. 🤍

And just like that… we’re in our Senior Night era. 🥹💜

I swear I blinked and my baby became a senior. Watching her walk onto that field tonight, surrounded by her teammates and everything she’s worked for, was one of those moments I’ll never forget.

I’ve watched her grow, stretch herself, take on new challenges, lead, fall, get back up and keep going. And now I get to watch her step into this next chapter.

Jada-Leigh, you make your mama proud every single day.

I think I’ve been so focused on getting back to who I used to be that I haven’t stopped to ask who I’m becoming.

The old me isn’t the enemy.
She taught me a lot.
But I don’t think I’m supposed to recreate her.

Maybe this version of me deserves to be understood too.

Maybe the goal isn’t getting back.

Maybe the goal is becoming. ❤️

What if you stopped trying to get back to the old you and started getting to know the woman you are now? 👀

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t know what to do.

It’s that you’re using food to cope with everything you’re feeling.

That’s a different conversation.

And that’s the conversation I’m having with myself right now. by @bodiedbyginc

Maybe the problem isn’t that you don’t know what to do.

Maybe you’re asking food to do a job it was never meant to do.

I’m learning the difference. ❤️ by @bodiedbyginc
