120 -> 140 lbs.

I thought I was just starting a fitness journey. I didn’t realize how much of my life would change with it.
Fitness changed my body, but it also changed my mindset, my habits and even some of my friendships. When you start taking yourself seriously, you realize how much of your life has to grow with you.

Some transformations show up in pictures. Others show up in what you tolerate, who you surround yourself with, and how you show up for yourself.

“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind” - Romans 12:2

I hope this inspires someone to keep going, no matter the sacrifice.🤍

sometimes healing doesn’t look loud. sometimes it looks like leaving behind the version of yourself that only knew survival.

moving away from the city i was born and raised in taught me that peace is real, softness is real, and life feels different when your nervous system isn’t constantly in fight or flight.

i outgrew people, habits, and environments that no longer aligned with me. now i spend more time praying, taking care of my body, protecting my peace, and building a life that actually feels good.

crazy how the girl raised in the city now finds peace in her own backyard.

keep going, keep praying, and keep aligning 🤍

Some people only see the move, but they don’t see the sacrifice behind it.
Leaving my home state, being away from family, outgrowing friendships that no longer served me, choosing discipline over comfort, taking care of my body, praying more, protecting my peace, and trying every day to become a better version of myself.
I sacrificed the life I was used to in order to live the life God was calling me to.
