I have never been as excited about a Bible curriculum as I am about Deep Discipleship.

For the past 4 weeks, over 120 People from @richfieldcommunitychurch are going through the Deep Discipleship Curriculum with me to learn the foundations of Christian Story, Christian Belief, and Christian Formation.

Deep Discipleship is a 24-week curriculum (from @lifeway, @lifewayadults) created for churches to help believers grow in the essential foundations of the Christian faith together.

Using a combination of video lectures taught by @jenwilkin, @jtenglish, and @kyleworley along with a personal journal and small group discussions, our people are learning about essential topics such as:

The Trinity, The Nature of Revelation, Creation, Providence, the Biblical Covenants and how to understand the full story of the Bible. It's amazing.

The energy, conversations, and the feedback have been so encouraging. People are being taken deeper, while also feeling like they are able to keep up.

What a gift the Lifeway Team, along with Jen JT and Kyle have created for the church!

Sing! 2025 Conference Recap (Part 1)

What an indescribable joy it was to attend my first @gettymusic Sing! Conference in Nashville. So much to process! The absolute highlight was seeing Dave & @singingc3 again, and meeting @harmonyfelts and @clinthfelts. Sharing meals, rocking downtown Nashville, and belting out Christ-exalting hymns with you guys absolutely made the conference for me. Thank you!

Of course, getting to see @cityalight (my favorite band) and meeting some of the members was awesome, as was seeing @phernandeau in person for the first time. I loved watching @laurastorymusic transform a lobby into a cathedral of worship, but the best though, was finally getting to meet @shailinne and @blairlinne_ in person! They are such kingdom-first warriors for Christ who I have admired for years. So thankful for their heart and ministry.

The new Sing! Hymnal is an incredible achievement (we will definitely be using at Potluck & Praise going forward). So thankful to Keith and Krysten Getty for bringing that to life, and also for the chance to experience Christ-exalting worship led by and them and their amazing band to a congregation of thousands of voices!

What an unforgettable experience!

What privilege to meet @cityalight at the @gettymusic Sing! conference in Nashville this week! Not only did they lead us in glorious worship of Christ, they were each exceedingly kind.

I can’t thank @mattcbond enough for generously taking time to sit down with me and answer my many questions! It was such a joy to talk, laugh, and pray with you, brother!

It was great to meet @scottwlavender and @richthomo who each wanted to know a bit of my story. @jaywanmaxwell was warm and fun to talk with, as was @jade_imogen99 (Jade, when we sing “He Will Be” again for home worship, I’ll for sure reach out!)

Would have loved to see @tiarnetranter and meet @jonnymrobinson (maybe a return trip to the states in 2026?) Thank you @stpaulsch for sharing your musician-theologians with us. They truly reflect the heart of the Savior they herald, on and off the stage. taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @bodiequirk
