Show #2: Nationals was quite an experience. I flew into Texas with the intention of just doing open heavyweight but jumped into classic physique at the last minute and landed in the middle of 4th callouts (see video on 5th slide). There’s a few things I’d change, but I dug deeper and tried a few new things with this prep that worked well. I’m pleased with my look here, but I’m capable of better. Best look to date, and I’m determined to make that the worst I’ll ever look again. I’ll be back.

VERY thankful for these people in my corner that helped bring out my best:

Captured NPC bodybuilder @bodybuildingchemist , who’s just starting out in the sport but already shows incredible potential. Excited to see how his journey unfolds and what he achieves next! 💪🔥

This needed a spot on the grid. This is a #2022 throwback so don’t congratulate me and make it weird lol. On a related note, I miss working at the APL lab. Maybe one day I’ll go back and get a 3rd degree 🤷‍♂️👨‍🔬 taken in University of North Texas by @bodybuildingchemist

Bodybuilding has its own unique challenges, but it’s far from the most difficult thing I’ve ever done. I’m grateful to have had the instruction, guidance, and encouragement of some exceptional professors, mentors, researchers, and fellow classmates & friends during my time at @unt #2017throwback taken in University of North Texas by @bodybuildingchemist

It is with great excitement for me to announce that I am downsizing and will be moving away from bodybuilding and classic physique and will be switching to the Men’s Physique division this year. I can’t wait to eat way less food, learn 2 new poses and get back on stage!….
